Strategic Planning – Theme Three: Enhancing Our Living and Learning Environment

As part of enhancing our University living/learning environment, we recognize our need to continue to build a strong residence life experience, embrace efforts to increase diversity and internationalization, and enrich our co-curricular student support programs and extra-curricular experiences.  We also recognize the need to implement alternative delivery systems for our curriculum that reflect the latest technology within the context of our mission. 

GOAL 1
Enhance all students’ social, emotional, leadership, and moral development and well-being.  Increase student engagement and involvement in all educationally purposeful activities.

GOAL 2
Foster and encourage a diverse community of students, faculty, and staff that is inclusive, welcoming, and respectful. 

GOAL 3
Create and sustain educational opportunities and experiences that empower students, staff, and faculty to transform lives, relationships, institutions, and the world.

GOAL 4
Meet the needs of different student populations through the development and implementation of alternative delivery systems.
