EDUC 582 Supervision and Performance Evaluation (3 credits)
Studies, analyzes and practices models of effective supervision and evaluation in a variety of situations. Techniques for effective observation, intervention, training, and shared planning and goal setting will be developed. Because of the practical nature of this course, a field experience will be required along with the coursework.
