EDUC 587 Management and the Change Process (3 credits)
Focuses on the role of the school administrator in managing change within a school community. Topics to be developed are needs assessment techniques, strategic planning, personnel planning, collective bargaining, facilities management, and attaining organizational objectives. Case studies, role play, and simulations will provide the basis of this course.
