HURM 500 Human Resources Management (3 credits)
Serves as a broad-scope survey course designed to provide general understanding of the major functions associated with human resources administration. The course will examine human resources theories and practices. The focus will be on the human resources executive’s role in a corporate organizational environment. Special emphasis will be given to management decision-making in complex employee relations.
