Dining Services – Catering Guides
All catering requests must go through Parkhurst Dining. Please review the catering guides below to see what catering options may be offered. All Catering requests should be submitted ten days before an event. However, please review our Short Notice Catering Guide and the No Frills Catering Guide for those last minute catering needs. Contact the Catering manager at x3263, or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for your catering requests or any questions regarding budget constraints, catering needs, and/or alternative options. As a reminder please reserve your room and room set-ups through Events Services (x3355).
Parkhurst will generate a Catering Request Form for you to review and gain the appropriate approval. The Catering Request Form will include all items ordered and supplied by Parkhurst Dining along with a quoted price. Once approved please include the account number to be charged. All requests will be invoiced to the Business Office upon order completion. Forms that are not completed will not be prepared or processed.
Our first priority is to continue to service your needs and to exceed your expectations. With this in mind, it is extremely important to follow these procedures to ensure a successful function or event.
