Creative Services
Well-executed marketing communications materials are the result of a strong partnership between creative thinking and thorough research. Our award-winning writers, editors, designers, photographers, and Web professionals form a creative team ready to help you develop print publications, electronic communications, and Web sites that promote Holy Family University and its mission.
Our Services
We produce more than 300 communications projects annually, which include marketing
campaigns, annual reports, Web sites, social networking sites, HTML e-mails,
photography shoots, magazines, brochures, booklets, billboards, magazine
and newspaper ads, event programs, postcards, posters, bus wraps, invitations,
T-shirts, TV commercials. Essentially, we produce everything our clients
need to recruit students, cultivate donors, and put Holy Family’s stories
and achievements in the spotlight.
Costs
Our services are provided free to the University community. However, if your
project is being printed, you will incur a charge from the printer. Most projects
printed through our office are sent out on competitive bids (we help select
appropriate printers based on the specifications of your job).
If your project requires photographs, we have an extensive collection of campus and stock photography from which to choose. Alternatively, we can arrange photo sessions with freelance photographers and art direct the photography. There is a separate charge to cover the costs of freelance photographers.
There are occasionally other small expenses covered by the client, including sending proofs via overnight couriers.
