Applying for housing
For current residents
During the Spring semester, current resident students who desire to return to housing for the upcoming academic year have the opportunity to select their room and roommate during the Room Selection Process. Any current resident that does not submit their completed Room Selection materials and/or pay all applicable deposits by the established deadline will not be able to participate in the Room Selection Process. A room will be selected for them at a later date, at the discretion of the Office of Residence Life, once the official Room Selection Process has ended.

For current commuter students
All current Holy Family University commuter students are able to participate in the Room Selection Process by selecting a room with a current resident or during the designated commuter time slot on Room Selection Day.

For all first-year and new students only
New students to Holy Family University receive housing information upon their admission to the University with their Admissions Acceptance Package from the Office of Admissions. All first-year and new students must apply for housing through the University’s admissions process. Housing deposits ($300) are required of all new resident students. The Office of Residence Life makes every attempt to honor the student’s request(s), but requests are not guaranteed. We take into consideration all requests listed on your Housing & Meal Plan Application.
